Our standard production consists of 40 (+/- 2) density polyurethane injected locked panels of which the top surface is 10 mm thick plywood and bottom surface is galvanized sheet. Ribbed surface panels come in 7 different thicknesses, same as in the case of wall / ceiling panels. Ribbed panels have a load capacity of 2,000 kg/m2 and non-slip CrNi or 200-micron PVC coated steel sheet can optionally be used on top of the plywood.

Maximum Insulation Rate

All of our panels are manufactured with 42 density insulation rate and maximum energy efficiency guarantee.

As there is high level of heat loss in cold air rooms that do not have at least 42 density insulation, energy consumption is quite high.

Our panels, as is the case with all our other panels, are produced under our “Fire Resistance” certificate.
